Hi, I’m Terri.

I was born and raised in the South West of England, and moved to Nova Scotia with my family in 2009. I met my fiancé in high school, and we quickly became the best of friends before becoming an item… nine years later! We have one dog and one cat, and have recently welcomed our son; Jack, into the world. The transition into parenthood has been challenging, but also extremely fun!

I enjoy hiking and snorkeling in the summer, and staying home- right next to the wood stove- in the winter. I love to travel and experience new places, and I’m grateful I’ve been able to see more of Nova Scotia in the recent months. I am passionate about reading, writing, and the musical stylings of my one true love- Ed Sheeran.

I had been a residential care worker at YACRO for six years before accepting my new role as Social Enterprise Manager. I also have experience in the travel and tourism industry, and the mental health field. I’m looking forward to what the future brings in this position!
