CRSS is governed by a board of directors.
All agency operations are overseen by its Board of Directors. There are currently seven volunteer Board members with an Executive of four (Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer and Secretary).
The Board, as a whole, meets ten times yearly. Board membership is open to interested members of the community.
