The focus for all aspects of the agency’s operations is the development of skills requisite both to a quality of life at home and meaningful community access and participation.
It is the responsibility of CRSS to ensure those opportunities are positive experiences for each person and their community. The development of services for people supported by CRSS is guided by the standards set out in its “Service Principles” and “Value Statement”. CRSS will be guided and held accountable to the principles and beliefs in the decisions and actions of staff, volunteers and the Board. We believe and practice the values of philosophy of the NSRAA training program – RICK (Rights Integrity Caring and Knowledge).
